The Training Day

Improvisation, presentation, and performance based skills have become much sought after communication tools for business today, by participating in a full training day you will learn to combine these valuable life skills with your own natural ability to communicate.

  • The morning session starts with a fun workshop of improvised games and techniques that help you relax and trust your natural instincts and choices. 

​

(Lunch break)

  • The afternoon session begins with exploring the practical building blocks required to give a great presentation, and concludes with an improvised presentation. Once again this is a fun afternoon of devising, where you breaking down any fears or anxiety related to giving presentations and speaking in public.
